Wirtualna Polska Holding is a large, rapidly growing technology and media group comprising approximately 50 companies, including international subsidiaries operating in different currencies and local accounting environments.
The Group follows a centralized finance model, with key reporting and consolidation processes managed by the finance team in Poland. Each entity prepares an entity-level consolidation package, which is subsequently consolidated at Group level.
As the organization expanded and its reporting environment became increasingly multi-currency, an Excel-based consolidation process could no longer provide sufficient data security, control over account mappings, or process repeatability.
FlexiEPM was implemented as a central financial consolidation platform, bringing entity reporting packages, currency translation, account mappings, historical data, and drill-down analysis into one governed environment.

PBKM operates as an international capital group comprising more than 30 companies across Europe and Asia. At this scale, financial reporting required consistent data, control over adjustments and the ability to quickly prepare results for management and the Group’s owner.

FlexiEPM replaced fragmented reporting processes and brought consolidation, management reporting and data control into a single system. As a result, the PBKM team can prepare, analyse and present Group-level results more efficiently.

The Group, operating in sales and catering at travel locations, has implemented FlexiEPM as an integrated statutory consolidation and controlling system. Initially, the system included a financial consolidation module and, over time, it was extended to cover all controlling processes: management reporting, budgeting and performance monitoring. FlexiEPM effectively integrates and consolidates data from more than a dozen companies, ensuring consistency despite diverse accounting systems, chart of accounts and a large number of internal transactions.
