Our

History

2014
The Beginning of FlexiSolutions
Our story starts with the founding of a company created to bridge the worlds of finance, IT, and business consulting. Experienced managers and system implementation experts (Oracle Hyperion, SAP BPC) joined forces to build something of their own — modern tools for financial planning and reporting.
2015
The Birth of FlexiReporting
A year later, the first projects began. After testing various concepts — FlexiReporting, FlexiProject, FlexiClosing — it was FlexiReporting, an Excel-integrated system for multidimensional reporting and budgeting, that quickly became our flagship product. The first implementations started at Tchibo Polska and Wielton Group, and with every new project, the system gained new functionality, performance, and security.
2018
The Shift Toward Enterprise Performance Management
As our client base grew, so did the complexity of their needs. FlexiReporting evolved rapidly, expanding into a full EPM platform. That year, we launched the first Financial Consolidation module, followed by HR Controlling and IFRS 16 Lease Accounting modules — marking a strategic transformation of the product and the business.
2021
Strategic Focus on EPM
FlexiReporting continued to mature as a comprehensive solution supporting controlling, budgeting, and consolidation. With a growing portfolio of enterprise clients, we focused our development roadmap entirely on building a complete EPM ecosystem for finance departments.
2025
FlexiReporting Becomes FlexiEPM
In late 2024, we began the FlexiReporting 2.0 project — introducing a new architecture, enhanced security, and a roadmap for further expansion. At the same time, we made a key decision: to reflect how far we’ve come, we’re changing the name.From January 2025, FlexiReporting officially becomes FlexiEPM — a complete Enterprise Performance Management platform. This marks a new chapter in our journey and solidifies our position as one of Poland’s leading EPM solution providers — offering a credible, cost-effective alternative to global FP&A systems.
